Better. Still slow yet, but picking up the pace. Better scenes than in the opener I thought.

the big dragon is back. whats a mother of dragons with no dragons?

So that was not one of the two dragons that was locked in the dungeon?

nope he the big bad meany. rem there are 3. other 2 subservient to him. or so it seems, other 2 locked up below on collars. he fried a village girl then disappeared to who knows ware. show ended with him back. sorta. he flew off again after saying hi to mom.

dary is by far my fave story thread in the show.

I forgot about a third dragon and agreed on Danaeres storyline....it is my favorite too.

thinking the key to controlling the other 2, is controlling him. Right now the other 2 are not happy with her. nore is the city for taking that guys head. did she need to take it? yes IMHO she did. the laws are the laws. not laws at a rulers whim, then they all be back to slaves and bla bla bla at some rulers whim. getting this across to the masses will take, well,, dragon. and perhaps an imp.

Daeny's story has actually gotten stale with me. I was really hyped, but then she is not moving any closer to her goal. sure, maybe she isn't ready, but it just doesn't seem to me like she is actively and continually working towards crossing the narrow sea. she seems to have put it lower on her priority list. it's not entirely her fault the way I see it, she has matters where she's at that needs to be dealt with, but the longer she deals with matters where she currently is, the less she's ready to sail across. and as you guys have mentioned, she has no control over her dragons, and that fact grows more with each passing day. when drogon came back, he sniffed her and left. that read to me that he is less dependent on her, less trusting of her and less accepting of her. she is losing them and if she is to take back the throne, her dragons will pretty much guarantee victory. unless i'm not remembering correctly, her ancestor took the throne by force with 3 dragons. without her dragons, it's up in the air imo

i'm most interested in Jon Snow's storyline atm. I am hoping that he will join stanis one way or another. it would be nice to see them take winterfell and rescue/reunite jon and sansa. sansa has been through so much, i'd like for her to reunite with some kind of family. I have no clue how that will play out. but here's to hoping......
