A Game Of Thrones

btw, maybe it's just me but, I feel like the show would be better without the supernatural stuff. like when that red hottie gave birth to a ghost to kill the homosexual berathian it kind of turned me off a bit. wishing the show wouldn't have that magical voodoo stuff.

I agree. Unfortunately its a fantasy book though. I could do without and its even worse witnessing it come to life. In the book I pretended it didn't happen lol.

It gets worse though. Like the author couldn't decide what direction he wanted to go

lmao, is that really him? is that from the first of Nolan's movies?

anyways, tyrion doesn't disappoint this season at all. dude is a boss. he made his cousin his beeznatch

Yup, it's him. I IMDB's after seeing that to make sure. Found it rather amusing. And yes, it's Batman Begins.

See, I'd prefer more magic since I like High Fantasy more so than Low Fantasy (Like Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings), but I still love Game of Thrones because the lower focus on magic means a greater focus on the back biting politics which is really well done here.

Which medium are you watching the episodes on?..Im sure you must have mentioned it before but I forgot and don't feel like going back through the pages to find out.

the one you gave me

oh I love fantasy. but I agree with eddie, seems like they don't know which direction they wanna take. either go full blown like lotr or keep it realistic like braveheart or something. personally the way the story's been, I wish there was no magic but oh well, it's what the books were meant so

I don't mind it much but I guess it's all in how it's done....Those House of the Undying guys were pretty cool, and the guy who granted that girl three deaths of her choosing.Interesting how he turned out.

Yeah....I'd prefer realistic magic. Mystical creatures would've been cool but come on.....all these great men and armies and a king gets killed by a black ghost before the battles even begin? Seems like a poor option after such a great build up

Especially considering how so many of the other go out

yep, that's what i'm saying. black ghost killed a king right out of the snatch

anyways, I just finished season 2, ep 9. damn, I don't wanna keep hanging on a dwarf's sack but damn I love that guy, lol. if I have another son i'll name him terry, lmao.

I'm a bit disappointed in the hound guy. dude was like a terminator man. then he wussed out. I guess the fire gave him flash backs.

ok, now i'm really getting into this show. glad I had faith in you guys and kept going. can't wait for the finale. i'd watch it now but my kids are out of school now. will have to wait until later tonight

Lol, keep watching. The hound is still a badass. I wish they actually flashbacked and showed him getting his face burnt by his brother

What's the last thing you saw sumo? Is episode 9 right before the big battle between joffery and baratheon?

King's landing was on the verge of being sacked until daddy lanister showed up and won the battle. Queen was about to poison her son until daddy walked into the throne hall. Ends there.

Jamie got released, which pissed me off about mama stark and it seems both stark girls got away from king's landing, so it seems.

Hound is probably still a badass but he's gonna have to redeem himself. Lost couple points with me. You can be badass all u want when you're not in battle, but true badasses are badasses when the fight looks grim. on that note, tyrion's guy went up couple points.
