Oh, the show showed that rather well. Her shaking with rage when Jon came to say bye to Bran before leaving for the wall, her telling Talisa about wishing for his death when he was a baby. Sure it started with hard looks, but they progressed it fairly well I thought.
I rewatched the first and second seasons on demand before the 3rd launched, so that helped. But I've always been good on picking up on subtle things like that in shows since I like suspense stuff where you learn to look for stuff in the background, looks, ect.

Yes, Rob's wife. But at the end of that scene, she says should couldn't keep her promise to love him. That she hated a baby because she was jealous over a woman she hadn't met.
now that I think about it, when I first started watching and I didn't know everyone's backstory yet, I do recall now wondering why lady kat was acting all shady when one of the guys came to visit bran in bed. that guy must've been jon snow
