talk about frustrating....the last 2 are not even written yet.......16 years and counting...how's that for devotion and patience?

That's another reason I haven't read the books. I've been through tearing through four books and then having to wait for the last book in the series. It's hell.
Good news for you though, on the Conan interview, he said he's getting close to finishing the sixth book ... about a year vs the six years (or whatever it was) for the fifth book.

Tru blood is terrible! I tried starting from season 1 and quit 5 episodes in. It's just soft core vampire porn!
