Oscars are extremely messy. they are such eager eaters that they will often fill their mouthes with as much food as possible then end up losing some of it through their gill and by spitting it out. mine do not eat off the bottom at all so any food that falls to the bottom must be removed. i do 50% water changes and gravel vacs every 5 days. that is probably the bare minimum for the setup i have. they are awesome fish, just be prepared to be doing alot of water changes.. this is just in my experience
well yeah i really love flower horns.. i have 1 but its still a kid. i want more though. different species.. i want to breed them sell some kids and keep some for more breeding.
if you want them take them but just don't go out of your way to get them like everyone says there so common and you could get them anywhere and yeah oscars are the fish equivalent to pigs.
