A job poorly done

i just don't agree with anything like this animals killed to put on the wall or anything

when something has died I'm not sure if i would want it mutilated in this kind of way in the wild all dead things are eaten its the cycle of life

different people different views

no matter how good a job was done with this fish its never going to live up to your expectations of it when it was alive

yes i do eat fish thats my point i don't go to the fish market to buy fish then take them to the taxi dermis to put on my shelf

its only my opinion but i think this kind of thing is wrong
 
well i dont think its looks THAT bad. but then i dont keep dats and that wasnt my pride and joy. sorry for ur loss.

We agree that animals shouldn't be killed to be put on the wall. However, I didn't kill my fish. I took good care of it for more than 12 years. I loved that fish. It was a massive and impressive specimen. How is it any worse to let the fish rot in the ground or thrown in the trash than to have it stuffed? The fish is dead, it doesn't care. It didn't turn out very well, but if it did, I would be very happy and would still be able to enjoy looking at it every day.
 
Yeah man that stinks, he did a terrible job on the bars. I have been disappointed with some mounts I have had done. You almost need a picture and be very picky off the start. The guy that mounted for me was a nice guy though and offered to repaint. Yours looks like a football and not a datnoid, sorry for your loss too.
 
wait i have a question if it is the actual fish how can they get the shape wrong? :screwy:
