You are welcome to stop by if you are in the area David, but I know you and I have different taste in fish. :D

Do it Joey, that is exactly what I did.. And dont leave, I think we lost enough locals already. :(

I think maintenance on one large tank is much easier than a couple small tanks. Makes the hobby much more enjoyable IMO. It just sucks not having anymore grow-out tanks.

big dogg... You can still have a grow out tank. My sump is divided in 2. One side is all the media crap n the other side has my pump with open water... Walah... Grow out space ;) just not a Q-Tank for sick fishys :)

Not the way I designed my sump..:( But its okay, it prevents me from buying more fish... This hobby is getting too expensive for me!

haha I actually like it dim. I will see if I want to add more light when the fish go in, but for now it will do. :)

The way we built the canopy, it makes it hard to get lights longer than 3' on each end. So I went with 2 2' lights on each side on the back. Will probably add 2 3' T5s in the front.

It looks bad arse though bro
I have a 4' single light fixture (cheapo) from petco or something like that, that you can have. It's maybe 2.5" tall and maybe 3" wide and 4' long
lmk if u want it big dogg ;)

Thanks E, but I cant fit anything over 40" under the canopy. Thats all the space I have to work with so I am kinda stuck with 36" lights. I already had a set of lights that I really wanted to use but I cant use them anymore.. :duh::duh:

Its all good though, the pictures make it seem dark but in person it is not bad at all. I actually really like how it is already, just not sure if I will be able to see the colors of my fish if they swim in the front half of the tank.
