Just spoke to the guy he was very apologetic and will refund the cash for the tank and see us right he wants the photo to see if he can see what went wrong,
he couldn't believe it, it has never happened before yep so far about $3000 now as the dinning table that has warped legs because of the water costs $900 to replace thank god we have good insurance on our contents.

holy T*TS, got a warrenty for that?
that looked like such a nice tank.

ouch! as soon as i saw that first photo, my husband said the tank was too tall and the glass was too thin. i agreed. i cant believe a tank that tall was made with that thin glass-it was bound to shatter. im glad no one was hurt.

i would want a full refund and damages covered, and i would NOT buy another tank from that seller-they obviously dont know how to build a tank. i would be afraid the next one would shatter too.

best of luck to you! im glad they are going to cover costs-it was a really beautiful tank!

thanks Duncan-i enjoyed the military. id go with a 6 footer too, but thicker glass. you may need to remind your wife of the old saying "you will catch more bees with honey than poo" lol

jeeeeeezzzz....wowee!!!
painful, heartbreakingly painful!
u wana charge him for the house cleanup aswel!
hope it goes ok
