You have great skill,can't wait to see this finishedI made a little more progress on the canopy this morning. I cut back the bottom edge a little so that it locks into the top lip of the tank and plugged the screw holes. Things were rolling along really well till the wifey gave a list of chores. Took a pic of the canopy in place.
I go away for a few days camping with the family and come online to find all this progress you've made.....I better get catchin' up, lol

I don't intend to add any more bracing to the tank. That lip around the top edge is one piece of 3/4 ply cut 4" wide and laminated in with 3 layers of fibreglass top and bottom. The tank itself has 2 layers of matting. I don't think it's going anywhere.
I got the canopy all sanded up this morning and sealed the inside of it with some resin. I think it is coming out pretty well.
Big bonus, I scored a free pump last night. It's nothing special buts it's never been used and it puts out 1000 gph. It'll certainly do the job for a while anyways.
