A new tank build

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i'm a bit unsure about water pressure in your system Tthanatoss... don't you think the farther pipes won't have enough pressure in them? i mean, the more elbows and the farther from the principal pipe, the less water pressure.

did you drilled less holes in the center pipe and more in the outer ones to kinda help water go through the whole pipe setup?

Ya it stands to reason that there will be more pressure closer to the pump but still it's the path of least resistance the return line is 3/4" and will divide into 2 1/2" lines just before the RGF then holes are all 1/8" so I'm sure there will be some flow all the way to the ends of the pipes. I know it won't be perfect but as long as I'm achieving some flow through the whole system I'll be satisfied for now.

alright. cauz maybe you could have perform a sort of test in the bath or something... haha if you have an exagonal bath of course!

wish it'll work for you!

great build up to now. very nice and original!

Well it's finally all done. All the painting, varnishing, gelcoat is finished. I put the final bits of varnish on everything today and reinstalled the cabinet doors. Now it's just the plumbing, electrical, and the glass to do.
