A peaceful change

With the death of my Haitiensis, I thought I would start a more peaceful tank. I decided on a Geophagus tank. I bought a group of Orange Head Tapajos, which should arrive tomorrow and already own 2 Jurupari. Here are a few pics to share

Looks like a lovely home for the orange heads

I'm a bit worried about the angels though - they may bully the baby OHs. Keep a close eye on them...

Really? I was told the other way around... the tank is a 125 Gallon.

Thanks! The tank is a mixture of pool filter sand and pebbles, there a parts that are all sand. The Juruparis don't see to have a problem.

He got a skin affection and his tank mates started to eat him alive until it was too late.

You'll be surprised how nasty angels can be. I'd suggest that you grow the OHs out in a smaller tank first...
