I think the term MFK, and i'm not talking about a reference to monster fish, is probably in a lot of his songs already! In the rapping, hip hop and gangsta world I believe it's common terminology. Lol.
I’m not even gonna lie, as a rap fan I was disappointed by whole lotta red. On the bright side tho, I thought Eminem’s recent album was crazy good.
i am in my 5o's (low) lol i wouldn't listen to his music at any age. What a of waste of noise to my ears lol. 
he seems to believe he's some sort of vampire now lol.

Try to imagine what the kids of the 2050s will listen to . . . . 30 years from now.
I remember when people unplugged and re-popularized folk music and such.
Then we went opposite, where electronics drip on everything.
At some point they will come to be everything: the world of A.I. art nerdvana.
I am imagining music where everyone programs, but nobody actually makes noises. The AI takes care of all that.
Humans, incapable of precision criticism, will rely on A.I. to analyze competing compositions.
Then by 2060 maybe people will unplug again, and the "new" folk will arise.
I will be 105 years old by then, and probably nothing will surprise me.

I strongly agree I'm around same age but I despise our generations music I prefer 80s rock like Motley Crue, Poison, And Van Halen
I'm 58 and I listened to Playboi Carti - Slay3r (Official Audio) and found I can enjoy the music as it has a beat and tune and is catchy. I don't pretend to understand what its all about and didn't particularly like the Whole Lotta Mob **** repeated over and over but at least I gave it a go and answered your question. I normally listen to Steven Wilson, The Mars Volta, Bent Knee and another 300 bands so prog rock / experimental rock. Its brave to ask people to listen to your music as its very personal so kudos to you.
