Will animal cruelty really take away fish if you have legal fish in clean water? I think that they wouldn't unless RTC's are illegal where you are. It would be different if you were keeping dogs...............

noi but the size they get when they get a surton size and if i carnt upgrade i wont beable 2 do any thing and they are getting a lot of rtc's so i might no be illegal when i go and get them in years but i will have 1 lol ill need a permet like the wels !:D:naughty:

i don't think animal cruelty touches fish. (even though animal cruelty to fish is wrong)
maybe endangered or illegal fish will get you in trouble but animal cruelty charges seem a little far fetched

if this was the case barley any pacus/ oscars/ plecos would be sold because 98 percent of the people that buy them throw them in a 30 or 55g and think they are good for life.


after re reading everything did i get the jist of the message? your worried about the po takin ur fish right?
 
Take them to Bruce... it would be your best bet.. he could find them good homes

Asking about my tanks is like asking a mechanique about his tools... Far to many sizes to talk about any of them specific... to sum up... 3 fish rooms in the house with another in the works (Top secret project) totalling almost 7500 gallons with more than double expected by next fall ;)
