Ness are you talking about a throw net (also called a cast net)? They work great but make sure you use one with small enough holes. I accidently bought one with 3/8" holes, and it was difficult to catch small fish with it (the upside to nets with larger holes is that they sink faster, and if you only need larger fish, you won't have to worry about catching a bunch of smaller ones) They can take some time to get good at, but they're worth trying if it is legal in your area. Here in CO they can only be used for certain species.

maybe you shouldn't have bought a fish which only eats foods you don't have access to.

btw guys i found out on the next lfs they are selling river guppies i dunno what is the exact name of this specific guppies but we called it river guppies or kataba but my father dont want that guppies coz the fishes are smelly..and besides im sick of my micro coz he doesnt want to eat superworms..or dead fish he wants live..he wants to eat a moving and swimming fish not a floating fish.. :)

all my local petsmart have koi as "feeders"

never really pay attention to koi, but the feeder koi are about 1.5-2" id say, 27 cents each at petsmart
