the koi's on your area are much cheaper than ours here 50 cents per piece about 2-3" and my micro eats 4 koi's when its meal time..argh and my micro eats 3x/week i need a cheaper feeder fish on my micro he doesnt want to eat worms or chopped meat..while my past gar who lived 1st on my 300gal water tank eats everything even roaches,lizards,anything as long as he can taste a meat on it while my present fish now is a micro and he is too choosy when it comes to his food he wants a live fish..grrrrr its bothering me bud..

ANY fish you feed it needs to be quarantined or you will eventually introduce a nasty disease.
If you go and buy feeders today to feed them to your fish today you are asking for big troubles.
Solve this problem right now and start a breeding colony... convicts, mollies, guppies or something.

on the past 5 years. i had a gar and i give him everything as long as it has meat..i think the reason why my gar died coz he ates everything. yeah speaking of quarantine the jap koi's i bought on our lfs are goin on quarantine first before i fed them on my C.micro my prob is jap koi's are too much expensive 50cents ea. and im only an engineering student my allowance per week is only 50 dollars equivalent to 500 pesos in philippines..i dont want to ask money for my parents to buy food for my micro.. 
feeder guppies are gross, there always diseased with fungus, missing fins, general mutations, i bought a bunch recently, put them in a 10 gallon by themselves, over three days almost 75% of them died
yeah you are right bud feeder guppies are gross and smelly too that's why my dad always says that dont bought guppies on the lfs and fed them to ur fish..i have no choice and to buy some jap koi's..ahm guys mollies are great too..it is difficult to breed them??
