Yours definitely are. Very cool man.

I wonder if you could do some sort of a smoke stack type of thing on one of the lids, then you can open it up, from a foot or 2 above the water line, and drop crap in..

They help a serious raykeeper keep thier sanity..... If it wasn't for these guys I'd probobly be out of the hobby.

I get frustrated with all the work rays are..... All the waterchanges, breaking them of certain foods, fighting, waterchanges, meds, eating my other fish, waterchanges, set up more tanks for pups, waterchanges. After all that work sometimes I don't even wanna see another ray for a week.

The eels put on a great show when fed... EVERY time. I clean that tank once a month.... Best part... They hardly EVER DIE. I've lost less eels in my life then I have rays this year. VERY tough, LOW maintainance animals. Always visible from somewhere in the tank.

I find extreme peace and tranquility in Morays. They all get along... They are almost bulletproof.... I had Ich wipe out my entire collection of SW fish.... The whole time the fish were dying NOT one eel even so much as lost its appetite..... Morays are the bomb no matter what way you look at it.
They definitely are very entertaining when feeding. I had a couple of
G. Tile that reached 27"+ and were great fun to feed. Actually had one
get a hold of the base of my thumb, luckily he let go when he realized
I wasn't dinner.
They are like a snake in that its amazing what they can fit into there mouths. I miss them.
Will get back into them once I have the group of rays I want. My only problem is, if I setup
a saltwater my wife wants them goofy Nemos. (What she calls them) So then I'll have to set
her up a small Saltwater.:irked:

By the way looks like you need one more hard to find species to go in there.:D

What might that be?

I KNOW what I'm missing.... I wanna see if we are on the same page.

There's a unicorn Moray I have been searching for well over 5 years now. I can't find a single one for the life of me.... Never even seen one for sale.

The OTHER I finally saw the first one for sale within the last 6 weeks.... But just can't justify the $799 it costs......

This is not finished by any means.... I'm almost done buying rays.... THEN there will be a Moray tank...... This is just a "get me by". Have to get the Marble project taken care off first.

More then likely once the 750 goes up the eels will move to the 300 and the stock will double.....

They were fed last night. I will wait till the weekend then I'll get a feeding vid so you guys can see what I'm talking about....... Won't be near the maddness as waiting a week but it'll be a taste.

That's the one. 5 YEARS and not a single one found for sale. Kinda F'd up a guy can get any FW fish he wants but can't get a friggin saltwater eel.

The other that just popped up for sale...... Mosaic AKA "Koke". Kinda a cross between the teeth of a Viper with some good color like a Dragon.

The Viper (IF info is correct) would be more fitting in a Green/Tessy setting (6-8 foot).

However the Mosaic I believe would work well with a Dragon and compliment the coloration..... Roughly same max size. A Viper would look better next to a Green. I only know this cause the Dragon makes all the other eels look like crap....

The dragons have some killer colorations. Id say get that mosiac and when you find a viper get it as well. Fish come and go...and sometimes it takes quite a while to find that "one" fish again.

NIce tank and eels!

wow.....always wanted eels and no i wanting them more. Just not ready to dive into the world on sw. Im assuming other than feeding time, your tank looks very motionless as if you are keeping rockings?
