Abei puffer

Do you think I could have one in a 10 gallon? I'm going to the lfs today as they sai they had a few cool puffers in. And one kinda sounded like an Abei. But I will take pics if I can't ID them....

Pao abei[2] is a species of freshwater pufferfish from the Mekong, Chao Phraya the Mae Klong river basins in Southeast Asia.

I would get an abei over dwarfs but that's me. 20L is a great tank for one.
