yeah thought so, will look more into it. I dont want to be irrespınsible and buy something I cant take care of. Are they really that shy ? While I dont mind not seeing them most of thetime but still would be nice to look in the tank and see them swimming from time to time. They look really nice and adorable.

Early on my striped would be out a lot, but now I never see it.
They are nocturnal and good hiders.

Not so much of being shy but most catfish prefer being active at night.

ah I see. Well heard they change that behaviour when fed at daylight. Maybe thats the case. Do you have any photos of yours ? Would love to see the little ones.
