Accidentally became a poly owner, HELP!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Killerfish - Thanks I think I will go with the 75. It gonna be the tank that goes in my room so its not too big but its big enough.

SAP627 - Haha thanks, dragon gobies kinda creep me out though. Real scary looking buggers.

Be sure to seal the top of your tank really nicely. Those things are escape artists.

We'll you could all ways go with a 120 gallon same length but its 24'' wide and since you could get a tanks thats 24'' wide you might as we'll get a 180 gallon its 6 feet long and 2 feet wide

lol just kidding

a 74 should make a good poly home and do make sure that the tank is covered they can jump very we'll

:mr-t::headbang2He'll do fine should move up to a bigger tank and get him some tank mates:headbang2

^ Funny story because he just got a new tank mate a few days ago unexpectedly. My friend had a malfunction in his tank and gave me his green terror, at first I thought it would be disastrous but I said fk it and went for it. They've actually become really close friends swimming together (the sen for some reason loves rubbing against the GT :screwy: :screwy: ) and sleeping in the same cave even ( I thought this was just odd). Only problem is my tank is 20G so I'm pretty much doing 25% water changes every other day or every three days. I'm really itching to buy an upgrade tank soon. Something small like a 55. There have been no signs of aggression at all from either fish except when I first the GT in and my sen was poking its head out of the whole and the GT snapped at it thinking it was a small snack.

Thanks, there was slight agro when I first introduced the GT because the sen was sticking its head out of the cave and the GT though it was a snack and nipped at it lol. It didn't try to bother it at all when it came out of the cave and saw its size though. They're actually really close tank buds now. They always "cuddle" in the same corner at night and the sen has a habit of rubbing against the GT sometimes when they're swimming.

Oh yeah I took the cave out because they were just hiding in there and threw in some fake plants I had lying around.
