Those blisters can be caused by cleaning solvents Like paint thinners.

they are from water pressure and my dumb *** tring to use a heat gun to close them up :~. I am goin to go to the local acrylic store and get some stuff to see if I can buff them out

Those look like stress fractures small cracks that will become large crack over time. your best bet is to buy acrylic glue lay the tank down with the cracks facing up and spread acrylic glue evenly over and let dry then sand smooth with 2000 grit water sandpaper soak the sandpaper in 1 gallon of water with a 1/2 teaspoon of dish soap sand smooth then run high speed buffer at 1500 rpm with buffing compound and again with foam pad and finishing compound. Just what I have done with plastic in the past also if in the end you scratch it up to much after sanding you could spray the outside with a clear acrylic enamel (car paint) and bam no scratchs I've done this with a set of headlights and worked great.

Thank you!!! This is great advise :headbang2:headbang2

this is NOT stress, this is down to someone cleaning the outside of the tank with some kind of liquid ad it has a reaction to the acrylic, i have seen this happen before, ive been working with acrylic for over 20yrs.

I think it is stress fractures because the top was cracked when I got it I fixed that with silicone and a piece of plexi it held it together

the silicone held the top part together but the front of the tank didn't. when the tank was filled the front of the tank bowed out where it is circled below

When I used the heat gun it caused a good deal of them. It was half of that b4.
