Also, anyone have a guess what a 20'x4' sheet of 1" acrylic would cost?

i would guess you can rejoin them together with the same thickness acrylic overlapped 6x the thickness of the panel your rejoining..in otherwords if the acrylic is 1" thick, a peice 12" wide overlapping the seam 6" on each side should do the trick..make sure you use #40-42 acrylic cement..it is very strong when cured. a call to a acrylic aquarium manufacturer would also answer your question..i'm no expert, but i bet i'm correct..i will be picking up a tank from tenecor later in the week and will ask the guys in the shop if i'm correct.

make sure you call around to man. Every place will quote you a different price. Then some others will run competitive against others. I called 18 different places before i got my acrylic tank built, they just kept going cheaper and cheaper.
