acting stupid at lfs?

I have worked in pet stores, a tropical fish hatchery, two public aquariums and have a masters in fisheries ecology but I honestly dont actually "know" that much about most fish. That makes me think most people dont and from experience people who keep aquariums know a lot more thant most scientists or people in the trade. I guess thats just the way it is but its kind of fun to go the LFS just to see whats happening!

i bought a dozen zebra danios for my 30g. the clerk asked if i was cycling my tank, because if it was i should take 40 to speed things up
