Yeah, it's pretty tricky to pull off. If it's too deep, its inconvenient for the snake. It'd be neat to find some kind of gobe to stick in there and maybe a school of small fish?

gobe???Anyway,I wouldn't spend big money on fish with one until your sure they will be okay.I would go along the lines of medium sized tetras.Better visual effect.

as for the biting i would not really be handleing it very much just as i moniter my fish tank and have so much filteration plus live plants that i only have to do a water change every three weeks unlike a good cleaning every week i also heavily moniter tank levels and qiuckley do a water change if they rise like when my catfish throws up after being a pig and eating y eals food and the nitrites go up he usualy never eats it because he doesnt really like tiny bloodworms but why am i saying that i would probably never try to handle it because that is a terrible idea to handle a six foot andaconda especialy a strong well fed one i will if i do get one i probably wont becuase of the extreme care needed perhaps just a rianbow boa but for now im sticking with fish but thanks with the responses

Did you see my thread?LOL JK JK JK.Do you have the space for one?And if they can eat pigs,a fish shouldn't be a problem.Howver, you probably could while it's small.I would think oscars and silver aros.ive heard pythons can be husoed with tionfoil barbs, even though they aren't south american.
i wasnt going to put much fish in the andaconda pond except feeders i was going to use it for looks and hummidity and so the snake could swim and shed online it says i need a suacer of water for it two put its hole body into so why not a pond will be much easier for a six to seven foot andaconda to fit into i would probably just put in some silver dollars and tetras

also i would be houseing him in a huge 2-3,000 gallon aqaurium with no escape i probably wont get one tho i will probably just get a brazilian rainbow boa if i do get a snake

What about when your 'andaconda' is double that size?

I couldn't disagree more..these snakes practically LIVE in water. They are extremely strong swimmers..water is where they hunt also.

Damm , im dying on how this kid misspelled anaconda non stop ,

on a serious note , i would not get one unless u are prepared to feed ,house and care for it for a long time , most of use cant do so since they get so dam big.

Thats what I was thinking.Something didn't smell right about that. Why is everyone saying"OMG SMALL FISH WITH ADACONDA HAX"?Though I think it's because they don't want to spend money on expensive fish, but w/e.
