Added another wild pleco

Instead of a tank, maybe a kiddie pool or 100 gallon stock tank/tub (water for barn animals), could work?

I tried it last year with my 50 gallon stock tank. The river plecos here populate high current areas first before being pushed to slow current areas (except when foraging) and the ones in the tank show the same behavior. I'm planning on doing something similar as the guy on here that made a "stingray river" but with plecos and other fast water fish. I already have plenty of pumps that, when set up properly, can get water moving really well. I just need to build everything else. I may end up using my 48x12x19. I just don't feel like kicking the cichlids and sunfish out yet...but I guess I could move them to the relatively empty 45 gallon and build the river themed tank this weekend.

Looks like a trip to the river for some large water channeling rocks, gravel and tropical looking plants might be in order. ;)

Looks like I wont be doing the pleco river for a while. I'd have to do some remodeling to make the plumbing easy and since I'll be moving in a few months I don't want to start a complicated project.

But here are some pics of the little fish. It appears to be acclimating very well. LOL

They should both be happier in a few days when I move and set the 50 gallon back up.

Sorry it seemed like I dropped off the map. I got busy with life and was just reminded of the replies tonight with a giant flood of notifications.

Both are doing well. The big one isn't growing very fast right now and the little one is nearing 3" SL

I'll try to get some pics tomorrow.
