The rock is too short to hit the glass in any direction it falls (I made sure of that when I put it in).
The pike is a little more aggressive than the others, but I've seen both of the gars (the two most timid fish in the tank) wrestle both feeders and fd krill away from her. I make sure they all get fed plenty. Everyone is doing fine with each other as far as I can see.
