Mine was a bold fellow. He rarely hid and made a pastime of attacking the aggressive cichlids. Good fish for the large, aggressive community.

Mine is growing extremely fast,about 2.5 inches each month.I predict around july he will be over a foot.He has also not turned dark yet.All his spots are still there.
