Advice on confronting neighbor

I agree with everyone else. That lady was just trying to help you and what happened was an accident. She was trying to do something nice and something went a little wrong. If you told her to pay the bill it would be kinda bull****. She wouldve been better off not helping you out at all. I would just to overlook it and touch up the damage myself.
For starters yes she did know she did it,and we both have insurance and the deductible would be more than the out of pocket cost,and I think some peeps here made of been speed reading the thread because no where in there does it say I'm going to sue her or make her pay for it.I just stated the situation in which I asked for advice or opinions on what to do.If I was in her shoes I personally,not speaking for others would feel bad for accidentally doing it and would want to fix it but that's just me.I know alot of people would care less nor do I expect others to feel the same way as me.I judged wanted advice because we do talk and I know she will bring it up tomorrow.I believe in treating others the way you want to be treated and for those trying to make me sound like horrible for asking for ADVICE I never stopped helping her even after the one week I asked her to just call everyday to make sure I was o.k and she never did and I laid on the floor for half the day unable to get and call for help.Lucky enough after half the day passed I was able to get up.If it wasn't for that it would of been three days before anyone would of found me and I would of been dead but not once did I get angry at her or stop helping her when she needs it so keep that in mind when you're judging me because I'm sure most people wouldn't of been so forgiving of that.

No.The damage to the car was today and the time I asked to call and check up on me was about a year ago.I asked her to call to make sure if something happened to me she could get help for me.I was alone that week and being disabled and alone things can happen.I don't think that was asking for alot.If anyone wants to give advice please read the whole thread carefully and not parts of it before you reply.

People on disability always seem to make everything everyone else s problem. If you can't afford a 446.00 dent in your car you don't use sell it. You obviously don't need it and need to invest in a personal slave to come check on you.
Also I would check around on that quote. Its a mustang.... pay the bill yourself. Being a car guy myself I always watch doors around my car, and how close things are to them. Your fault.
