African Arowana advice

i honestly dont see why its so hard to take care of african aros.
i basically treat mine like any other fish.
just have to feed much smaller foods and at least twice a day.
although right now,im only feeding like once a day and its still fine.
he'll try to eat anything, even things that are way to big to swallow.
feed crushed up pellets, bloodworms, tubifex and black worms.
also very small pieces of shrimp.
as for water params, theyre pretty hardy.

Have you obtained some pics of your African arowana yet?

how much did you pay for the african aro? And where did you get it.. I cant seem to find any for sale anywhere.

well the afr arow r sold out and i cant manage too get my camera to work, the phone's picture is crappy, you can barely c it lol, il do the best i can

i think the main problem with african aros being so hard to keep when young is because of the wild caught aspect. I had one for a few weeks eating well, great color, active, one day it just up and died. water levels were great. some kind of bacteria or something it had from the wild must have gotten to it.
