Yeah I think evojoet's got it, looks like a neochromis rufocauldalis.

Weeeeeeeeellllllll, technically......no, but I'll give it to you cause it is close enough. It is actually neochromis nicgricans, the difference being the red in the tail and anal fin. You can have the win.
