thanks to iamzyrad for identfying my blue. the blue i think is going to be a big harder as the guy at petsmart said he must be some kind of hybrid. and then dismissed me.

the girl at petsmart assured me that it couldn't be a red top zebra because i had a red zebra from them already and it didn't look like it. it was some strange breeding hybrid fish. so go figure she said.

hey all, this a game. I know everyone wants to get an ID on fish, but we are losing track of the purpose of this thread. To get better at IDing Africans, not ID fish for everyone. If you need an ID create a thread on it.

This is for all you people who just cant stand trying to guess an African, same rules apply as in the CA/SA game, so lets see how well you can do Africans ;)

The rules are simple: Who ever correctly ID's the fish picture first- gets to post the next picture, the person who guess that correct first then posts the next one and so on. However, the person who posted the picture first needs to confirm that the ID is correct before someone posts the next picture. Its very simple. Please do not post any pictures unless it is your turn to do so. Thanks.

Sorry if the pic is small but they are sorta hard to find...

Rules from first page as a reminder for all

hi!.and a big ole happy new years out to everyone!

photo is so small that its hard to identify details that one uses to narrow down a choice....my first reaction was this is some kind of rusty cross, Iodotropheus sprengerae, but it does look like zebra in there...
anything from THOSE stores? your going to find listed and tanked as ~mixed africans~ ...best you find some local lil store to support and create a relationship with....they are far more knowledgeable than a pet co or pet club or any other pet franchise clerk...:WHOA:
