African Cichlid Guessing Game

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hi Guys
I am new here so if this has already been solved please ignore my ignorance:)

The fish in question is a Chilotilapia sp. euchilus.
I have a colony of them in my breeding program.

Here is one of my males in with my Burundi colony.

I was just going over through this a little on the last few pages - to point something out that you are supposed to guess the fish of the person who guessed the correct fish before that. please dont start adding in photos and asking people to guess them, that isnt fair to the person who guessed the last pick right and it is there turn to post the photo. If infact no one can correctly guess the photo then that person may choose another photo to post for you guys to guess. Only when you get the fish correct may you post a photo and ask people to guess it, thanks. I dont mean to come in a bust up the fun but this thing looks like a mess. People guessing fish from the first pages and others not waiting to see if its right and posting fish.

The rules are easy the last picture posted is the one you are guessing. You cant post a picture for others to guess unless you have guessed the pervious picture correct. You must wait for the person who posted that picture to tell you if you are correct before posting a picture for others to guess. If a picture cant be guessed then the person who posted may post another picture for you guys to guess.

Also this isnt a thread to get your post count up so if your posting random stuff/pictures that has nothing to do with the game itself then the post will be deleted.

Thanks =)

I believe the tilapia was never correctly identified, or there was no reply to weather its ID was correct by the poster so I would say it's still the tilapia...

I thought the last fish was a Hemichromis species, maybe fasciatus. Here is a link to another picture of this species:

Besides the fact that those fish and their names were plastered all over the African Rift Lake and African Riverine boards a couple pages back cichlid_keeper91 never even got the ID of the fish he guessed right.

This thread could use a little pruning.
