Sorry to hear, I love ATF. You should be able to find an C. argus near you pretty easily.

Yeah but northerns are ugly. I was thinking more along the lines of a dwarf rainbow Umm.. Bhlearii or some slaughtered spelling of that.
Seen some one's avatar (pretty sure it was here) of one that was a rich blue color. not sure what species that is but thats what I would like.
I assume your referring to taking a trip across the border. 8hr drive I'm not really wanting to make. Hopefully I can find something to my liking locally.

Actually I misread you location I thought you were closer to VA in which case you could catch your own. I agree that there are better looking Channa than the northern but I was thinking realistically...being that you reside in a place where snakeheads are illegal and all.

lol. Yeah even the northerns are supose to be killed on sight. But yeah if I'm going to go thru the effort and take the risk of keeping one I'm gonna be sure to get the best looking type I can. But its all just hypopthetical at this point because I don't know anywhere to get one. And being they are illegal, I would never keep any animal that Uncle Sam says I'm not responsible or knowlageable enough to keep.
