Its a long shot but try taking out the oscars for a few weeks and changing the decoration the tank. I've done this with saltwater fish before

Ya Im gonna add plants n stuff n im in the process of looking for "the right" piece of driftwood... but untill then the grass will have to do... I wand to add firemouths because they so cool but idk if its a good idea

Its not big enough apparently. What are you going to do when these Oscars are each 12-15" and paired off to mate? The will literally kill everything in that 220. Try more Oscars or re-home the angels AND, the Arowana.
I always laugh at people who want their cake, thier pie and their cookies....all at once....AND want to eat it too!!!
You cant have it your way all the time. These are the options: Decor(probly wont work), more Oscars(probly wont work) re-home the angels.
Thats it. Sucks that the decor will "take away the 'look' you are going for", yeah thats called planning ahead and choosing fish accordingly, then providing for their needs. Its called aquarium husbandry. If your fish are getting beat up, and you dont want to remove the aggressor:screwy:, than remove the fish getting beatup. Thats taking care of the fish.

If you wait and do nothing, your oscars will likely make the decision for you and eliminate the angels. I would get rid of the angels ASAP. Most of the times, Angels with Oscars is a bad idea. Oscars are big brutes...Angels are delicate, slow-moving fish...not a good combo.

Adding more oscars IMO is just adding fuel to the fire.

Oscars with ANGELS! I don't know.... I'd get rid of the angels. And a full grown Oscar can eat a full grown fire mouth. Just rehome the angels, they should have a planted tank to begin with....

Try changing the tank decor around and like others said provide more coverage for the Angels.

I am afraid that it will not go well in the future for the Angels, especially once the Oscars put on some size. If they do not get killed their long delicate fins will probably be destroyed by the Oscars.

I am not saying it is impossible, but it will prove to be very difficult I am afraid.

220 is fine, space is not the problem its incompatibility imo.

Give them away or let nature take its course, either way you came here for help, so anyone not adding is a troll imo. You could try lowering temp a few degrees to 73-75, that may help a little as well as keeping them fed...
