Finally you have seen the light! Nothing against the OP, i feel bad he lost a fish and i understand he doesn't take things too serious and brushed it off, it was just bad taste to portray it as a humourus story here on MFK. A lil humility and he'd be seen in a different light.

What's funny is how people tried to spin this off into a feeder debate.

What started the feeder debate was aclockworkorange's initial comment (and also his second comment), which had nothing to do with the 'humorous story' aspect or the OP thinking the situation was funny. He was saying that the story shouldn't be posted because (paraphrasing) 'Of course a TSN will eat a Gar'. I brought up the 'feeder debate' because the OP clearly stated that he knew it probably wouldn't work out, and he wasn't crying because it happened. He was just sharing the story.

yes finally ppl!!!!!!! I dont go overboard on bad situations i knew the risk,it was me laughing off the whole crappy situation!!! just sharing my story, look at the fish i have!!! I know how to house them and take care of my fish!!! its just something that im willing to take the risk of, to get my Monsters even bigger!!! cant stick it in a small tank to grow big its gotta be in a big tank!!! Sorry to tell you all the other F Gar is remaining in the same tank he is longer but twice the girth as the one i lost, so the risk is even smaller, but in this world... you tell me whats not a risk anymore! But thanks everyone for your kindness!!!

When you looked at how this tank is stocked, the gar was better off getting eaten. Grossly over stocked is an understatement.
