Aimara and Armatus growouts

Looks like a lac, rather than aimara. This the one you bought as tapajos? Seems two vendors got the ID wrong. No spot on membrane to be aimara.[/QUOT To my knowledge they are all the same 1 inch Rio Tapajos wolves from the same vendor he had 4. He's a very active aggressive feeding wolf but I probably won't keep him, got a friend who is into wolves and he wants him bad. Gonna grab a couple more Aimara for something I'm going to start working on next year. If I knew they were lacs I would have gotten a group instead of one. I don't have a need for wolves of different species right now. Definitely one of the most active wolves I've owned.

Nope it was killed by a jack dempsey a couple weeks ago, tried to sell it several times with no interest. Didn't like him much he would terrorize smaller fish but constantly got bullied by fish his size or larger reminded me of my last black wolf. He was so afraid of my gold wolf he stopped eating in that tank. Moved him to a tank with oscars he started eating again but soon after they were using him as a punching bag. Put him with a slightly smaller dempsey and he went after the dempsey immediately, went to sleep and when I woke up he was nearly scaleless and very swollen.

i feel ya, got kevlar arm sleeves for my guy....

he’s only 12” or so - all i get is gill flares these days....

what tank do you have yours in?

He's in a 125 right now, don't think I'm going to keep him so I may put him in something smaller until I get rid of him.
