IITUFFTOBEATII;788874; said:I'm sorry but you have read wrong, again call any waste water treatment plant, or any plant that needs to oxygenate water to return it to a lake or stream, they all use bubbler sytems, in extreme cases the will use batch reactors that use misters, concept is the same however. Also the bubbles have the same concentration of oxygen as the atmosphere, about 21%
the fact that they are bubble does not matter, you are correct that its all about the surface area, bubbles increase surface area as they each have their own, added up its is quite significant
FACTS
I never said the air inside a bubble contains a lesser % of oxygen then the air above the tank (20.98% I learnt in school), but I said a bubbles maximun oxygen volumn which is limited by its small size doesn't compare with the avalible % of oxygen of the total surface area (just not stated that well).
I await your email.
Also about the "FACTS" thing, what a load you could be anyone just typing crap, ohh the joys of the internet. Don't try a push your "theroey" until you show actual real FACTS.
