I did watch the link, i mean it is the same amount of air, just more moving. And my airpump didn't provide enough air.
Try the Alita Air Pumps. These are for ponds and are well made. The air tubing is bigger like 3/8 and you should use a much larger air stone. This should give you what you need.
One of the time, i was thinking about a bit pricey air pump like Alita or Hiblow, for a long term and correct air flow rate. And then i bought some cheaper air pump, but lucky wasn't smile on me.
Show the video to the company and ask them why is it like this. If its defective or not. You might need to attach more lining for best results.
Sorry, I missed the part about the pump being bought in Indonesia. I watched it the first time without the volume on.
Unfortunately, I don't see being able to use it at all.
I would recommend trying a Danner pump, like what I have, but I only run it in 18-20" of water and don't think an extra 7-9" of head would work very well with it.
I still recommend taking a look at the Pondmaster pump I posted. It is meant for a pond with a max depth of 7' so 27" "should" be no problem. The one I posted is actually the smallest model they have, so you could always try a larger model if you want to. You can always choke back the flow of you need to. Also, with a larger outlet, you can plumb up a PVC manifold for your k1 much easier and get a lot better flow to fluidize it. This will work better than any airstone. I wish I could tell you it is a sure thing but all I can do is go by the specs of the pump since I've never used one first-hand. Is there some reason you don't want to try that pump?

I saw a guy on Craigslist sell Danner at a good price. Let me contact him or on the website you gave me. Try 1 more time. Hope it will work on me.
