I have had my male Albino Bushy Nose Plecostomus for almost a year now and he was perfectly healthy and eating great. I recently took in a female one as well that a buddy of mine wanted to get rid of. Both of these albinos appearing healthy and eating good died suddenly overnight. The female was the first to go then the male went a few days later. They didn't show any obvious signs of fighting or disease on them. The current tank list is:
-(2) Festivum Cichlids (2")[Male & Female]
-(1) Bolivian Ram Cichlid (2")
-(1) Clown Loach (2.5")
-(1) Pimelodella Four Line Catfish (5")
-(1) Marbled Sailfin Plecostomus (8")
-(1) Royal Plecostomus (6")

I have no idea why these plecos died so if any of you have any opinions please let me know. Maybe other fish attacked or something? Not sure. I'm sorry for not providing pictures, but I didn't think to take pics of the dead fish. Any help is greatly appreciated!! I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, IF POSSIBLE, BEFORE I LOSE ANY OTHER FISH!!!

is the royal bigger he might have stressed them to death i had one who was the biggest ahole ever

yes he's about an inch or two bigger, but I have never seen him get aggressive to any other fish. The two albinos died overnight and only 2 days apart and as far as I could see there weren't any cuts or gashes on them. Stress seems to be the only logical reason for their death I guess.

What size tank?
What were the parameters?
What is your w/c schedule?
Need more info buddy...

30 Gallon All Glass Tank
36"x12"x16" (LxWxH)
Water change once a month (Twice a month if needed)
Feed twice a day
Algae Wafers every other night
Marineland Penguin 350gph +Bio-Wheel Power Filter (70gal filter)
Tetra Whisper 60gph Air Pump

I wouldn't jump to place bets on the Royal, I have my royal in a holding tank with a bunch of smaller plecos and he doesn't bother them. I am more then willing to bet it was your water conditions that killed them off. Shocked the other fish haven't suffered a similar fate. Not to mention a 30G is pretty small for the fish you are keeping.

Now I also just saw you have an 8in Sailfin? If the Royal didn't attempt to off him as well I would rule the Royal out all together.

Gotta keep up on water quality. Like everyone said 25% once a week. I personally do more then that but thats up to me.

well i used to change my water weekly, but now that I have the 70gal filter it stays a lot cleaner and I try to have my water tested on a regular basis. Last check after the deaths came back clean so water conditions I don't think was the problem, but I'll take the advice and up my w/c schedule again. I also forgot to add that when I feed I keep a close eye on all the fish and I remove and uneaten food after about 10 to 15 minutes depending on how quick they are to eat.

and as far as my royal he is very tame. him and the marbled sailfin actually share the same hiding spots often so I highly doubt he had anything to do with it.

I also use live plants in my tank if that makes any difference, but i figured all that would do is help if anything

None of my other fish seem stressed or hurt in any way so hopefully I don't find any other unexpected deaths.

Looks like that stock is a little cramped, 4 plecos ( 2 over 6 inches) is a little too much IMO for a 30 gallon, buts that's irrelevant if the water parameters are good. Chances are that they were just stressed or maybe the one you picked up could have been sick and the other death was just strange coincidence.

Currently there's only 2 plecos, but yeah there was 4. The female was aquired about 2 weeks ago from a tank that probably wasn't in great condition, so that's a possibility.
Here's the only recent pics I have of the 30gal(post-deaths). They're ****ty angles and whatnot, but if you see signs of stress or disease please let me know. Stress and Disease aren't my strong points in the hobby..

I'll try and get some better pictures over the next few days so you guys can have a better look at the size of all the fish in the tank and see if there are any stress signs.
