im gonna have a huge tank and many people keep them together, but i proboably wont have more than 2.

I was wondering, does anybody elses knifes thrash the top of the water? I don't have a top on the tank right now and there is water ALL OVER the walls from them slapping the water with thir tails. Is it just my 2 knifes or does anyone elses do this? I noticed that both knifes started doing it at around 12-14"

i dont find ck's aggresive at all unless provoked.

No idea on sexing and im never come across how to sex knives on the internet, how big are they and what size tank? Kind of odd they don't fight they may be a pair you never know

They CAN get 3 feet, only have seen this in a pond, but usually top out at 25" or so after 4 years. A 180 is MIN tank you can use
