Well my good sir as is everything in life when something is illegal their is always a black market for it ,so when I mean rare I mean illegal for the average law abiding hobbyists (which I count myself in that category) and a rarity too those rule breakers who make dumb decisions and then we get restrictions on the fish we can keep.

Rare is hard to get hard to find or limited

A illegal fish that’s invasive is not rare by any means

I’m not disagreeing with you , just saying please hold the rare title for fish that are truly rare
I’d hate for someone to be googling snakeheads and think there rare when there not there just invasive and illegal in the us
It’s not a rare fish is you can fish em out of ponds
