Late last night I checked and the fry were gone. I wasn’t too concerned because the female was still in breeding coloration. And she was circling around another container in the tank. What she did was read on the right and move the babies into that smaller container on the left. All in all a blessing. The male can’t get in there and it protects her if needed. Still, I couldn’t see the fry inside. So this morning I got up and was able to spot the fry at the bottom of the pot.

Just an observation...
