By the Beach!
Well tonight my housemates and I are having a party so I need to prep for the unlikely event that so idiot spills his beverage one of my tanks. Is there anything I can do besides a WC if alcohol is spilled in my tank? Most likely it'll be beer but there will be mixed drinks too so I'm just trying to be prepared for the worst. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Mask off the top of your tank with tape + paper. Don't allow anyone to feed your fish.

If they drop alcohol, do WC immediately! I don't think there's any products that will neutralize alcohol.

GOOD LUCK !!!! :headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

keep your tank warm and have your tops on nice and secure, the warmth should speed up the process of evaporation ( in theory) of the alcohol, keep some prime on hand to keep your levels at the norm
hope this helps, and good luck

Just make sure they don't use your tank as a place to set their drink... :)

The smart thing to do, would be to invite people who are old enough and mature enough to handle their booze and are respectful of other people's property.

Syran wrap the top then run a layer of tape just under the top trim to hold it down tight!
