All Batman Pups from My SP x Motoro!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Batman deformity is a combination of care and genetics from what I have seen.

Question about your female... is her tail deformed?

Also, get a better food source that goldfish. Those are terrible as a staple in the diet.

And AND AND AND.......im realli realli curious, DO A FEMALE MATE WITH 2 MALE ?????
I got a VIDEO to prove this.....but i realli curious do this HAPPEN???

This will be interesting

Not only will a female mate with multiple males, there is a train of thought that would say that a female's litter might be sired by two different males.
However, makes genetic tracking hard if there are multiple males in with a female for breeding.

icic....dats will be interesting.....
didnt know that a female can mate with multiple males at one time....i thought onli male can mate with few female at once.....
thanks for the info zoodiver

Do you mean the parent of the batman pups??
I dun think both are from wild caught....the motoro hav a higher percentage of being wild caught....but not the SP male...
The previous owner of the female motoro werent sure whether it is captive or wild breed.....so, i assume it is wildcaught.....
so, what idea or result will it be if motoro is wild caught and SP is captive breed?? percentage of getting batman pup higher??

I once had a large female that was regularly impregnated by a wild caught marbled motoro. They produced six or seven litters for me without any issues.

Then she had two consecutive litters with a mild batman deformation in all of the pups. The litters had never shown any signs of this previously. Two of the three pups in the second litter were eaten by the parents. I ended up saving the last one. This was the first time that I had this happen as well.

Her next litters did not display the characteristics and as far as I know, she is still kicking out a litter now and then for her new owner with no issues.

The parents were not related. The pups were not cool to look at. It was a little sad. They had a smaller disc area, their pelvic fins were slightly mis-shapen and their eyes were inset. I sold all of them and none lived to be more than a year old.

I do not believe that this defect is genetic. I believe that it is developmental.

Hmm....this something interesting.... im looking forward for my coming batches also...hopefully nth goes wrong, i will got abother batches of pups from the batman mama around mid april....I duno what should i expect from this coming batch... BATMAN Or NORMAL??? Any comment or wishes from this???

As i observe this whole week, they do hav difficulty in looking eating live food...one of the batman pups just started to eat after 5days....but all 3 are still looking good and healthy (according to my observation).....

And i was told by a friend that this might be due to Gene Transcription Error (GTE)..
I will post up his speaks as soon as possible for sharing...

It would be nice to see comparitive notes on the animal during the time she carries the pups. Daily water parameters, diet, lighting and any other factors that she is exposed to. Blood work would be awesome, but I doubt that is possible at this point. Then over time look to see what factors where similar in times she had the mutant pups vs regular.
