is their any more available from that same source? i think its capture and transit time that really factors in the health both long term and short term of these rays. if you got a good hook up most likley their will be more like it from that same source.could be the fisher man ? maybe they are not butchers and take pride in collecting and exporting nice healthy rays.

Todd, i see yours is mature? have you seen him show any interest? It is strange that mine is not mature and yours is and around same age.
Yours is real unique, never seen one quite like it.





here is mine, got him in January '10, he was around 6.5". i would assume he is around 2.5 years old. Not mature, and only 11". eats anything, especially pellets!

I agree i think they are bullies but cannot take to be bullied. They do love to eat and eat pretty aggressively.
