thank you all so much i feel that WE can all save him. i am using zoo med repti calcium with D3. i was told by a close friend (my vet) that this will be a good supplement to use. i was also told that i can literally give the monitor a spoon full of this supp. a day. i am in this as well as my wife is for the long haul. we truly care about this guy/girl tremendously. i will post pics in the next couple of days i have really been focusing on nutrients and not pics right now. again thank you very much.

If your using spoon fulls make sure to mix it first with meat or something to make it easier to swallow and so it can slide really smood in the digestive sistem;)

pedialight (sp) what they give babies diluted with water will help the monitor get electrolytes it needs and as mentioned give it calcium, stay away from the lean turkey as it has no real beneficial value, if anything feed it cut up mice for the moment or hardboiled eggs which have far more calcium than turkey will.

I've used the electrolyte blends for cyclists with german shepards and that worked well. It also has a good protein content to promote muscle growth. I don't know if this is best for lizards, but just another option that's out there.

here are two pics of this lovely guy.
