All things Star Wars

I guess I'm no where near the fans you guys are. I don't pay attention to the sounds ya'll are talking about.
The sound effects are one of the aspects of the films that I really enjoy. The Tie Fighter's engine roar as they flew around for instance was taken from the sounds of real bomber planes.

Isn't the entire series predictable?

To an extent. This movie was easier to predict if you watched all the previous movies.

I've made a prediction as to why Luke Skywalker is not in any of the trailers. I haven't decided if I want to know if I'm correct or not before I see it.

He has a role in the movie without actually having presence. I actually like this factor, as his role will grow in the next movie. Unless they do the Obi-Wan story of after he gives Luke to Owen Beru on Tattooine with Ewan MCGregor. Which I think would be very cool... Kenobi is my favorite Jedi.

Maul was weak. Didn't even last a movie

Maul isn't dead.

use spoiler alerts guys! I don't know if some of the conversation is just talk or actually from the movie

I might be checking it out this weekend

Tank, care to expand on this a little?...I didn't notice anything about the new movie being mentioned that wasn't already known.

Well in the Clone Wars cartoon series which is canon to the Movies, Maul Doesn't die when Obi-Wan cuts him in half. He manages to find some robotic legs and comes back to get revenge on Kenobi by killing his girlfriend. He also tries to get revenge on the Sith but that doesn't work out for him. I'm not sure on the details but I know he doesn't die.

the cartoon series seems kind of lame, imo. I think it can pretty much be ignored in the context of the movies.

Yeah,I actually saw that episode and I think it was Maul's brother Savaj who found him and attached the robotic lower half.
I thought you might have been referring to one of the novels...I don't really get into the cartoon because I don't care for the artwork,I feel that a Star Wars cartoon deserves more realistic looking artwork

I remember back when Disney took over Cartoon Network something about them wanting to discontinue Clone Wars,I guess they changed their minds at some point.
