Potentially. I am no expert on it but it is not common for crocs to end up in smaller lakes like this one

Is this the Nile croc,or another species?

Nile croc. Also saltwater crocs live in some areas as far as i know

Looks like reptilerancher were wrong on "1-2" alligators were dumped per year. Second and third alligator were confirmed in two different locations in same town. Oddly each individuals were miles apart each other so it's unlikely that it was a single person who is responsible for the dumpings.

its been a bad year for the gators .the one in the st.croix river and the two new ones.
I would probably bet that they came from the pet store "oddball pet factory" and I don't mean to throw them under the bus. they are just one of the only pet stores that consistently have alligators for sale. they have some good prices on feeders and tanks but I don't really like the cages the animals are kept in, so I don't shop their that much. but thats just me

They are not found in my province or at least in a large area around me there are not really any

Hendre Hendre Nile crocs were prob just locally extirpated in your area maybe they will repopulate

Not likely. Temps drop too low in winter and there are no suibtable watersystems for a good few miles from me
