Well think. How many people do you see, feeding a cat to the Snapper? And why the frick are you getting all over my case? :irked:

Hoe many people do you see who have full-grown snappers? Im not on your case, I am just stating the facts.
 
Theres probably a few ppl, we just haven't found them yet. And it sounds like you are getting on my case, because every post I put you make some wise guy statement about it.

If someone posted a vid of a snapper eating a cat the Animal Police would be all over it. I know its not the same as feeding a cricket or a mouse today's society see's cats differently then common feeders that are bred to be that way.

I'm joking, but just barely. In nature they eat mostly fish, but also crayfish, amphibians, smaller turtles, ducklings - just about anything smaller than them. You could possibly have a problem feeding live catfish because of spines, but I doubt it.

I have a Common Snapping Turtle. I feed him mostly pellets and earthworms, plus guppies and feeder goldfish. I have fed him market shrimp and even scallops as well. Catfish fillets are pretty cheap, I may feed him some once in a while.
not to derail your cat eating discussion, but do you have a pic of the 300G turtle tank? That sounds awesome...
 
they will eat anything lol, i keep mine alone
