you know instead of getting her a physical gift, you should treat her to a full day massage and spa. girls love it, and after that, a romantic dinner out (bring red roses) and end the night with a walk on the beach under the moon.

So what you do - treasure hunt.
I mean I did this for a gf of mine's 6month
I gave her a note that I wrote that had a rhyme that made her look for the next one. Each note was tied to a small stuffed animal. After like 16 stuffed animals and her going all over her house she came to a poster that had a picture of her and I and 13 aspects of love (we started dating feb 13th). We also used to give each other notes. I would always encrypt or use a cipher on mine. So each of the 13 aspects were written in a different code. Like mirror, braille, caeser, atbash nothing crazy, but yeah kinda like the scrapbook idea.
But yeah, treasure hunts are awesome because it 'extends' the time of her getting the gift. Everyone gets happy to get a gift and it makes them giddy etc. So with a treasure hunt it draws it out a bit. And hey - nothing says I care about you like making them run through the entire house eh?
