Absolutely! I am in a ground floor 2-bedroom apartment and I would be allover it in a heartbeat!

No not crazy at all. I had a 450 gallon + 225 gallon and a 45 gallon in my 2 bedroom ground floor condo suite. As long ur on ground floor and building manager allows it then u should be good. I say "Do it!" =)

Another thing is make sure the tank fits through your door to get into the apt. Standard door size width is 36" but u have to minus 4" from the side door moldings. It's around 32-33". Trust me make sure it fits before buying it. I've moved a 450 gallon thru my door before but had to move the tank on its side cuz it wouldn't fit.

Yes this tank has to be flipped on the side to get through the door. The stand also has to be taken apart because its 42 inches. Haha 420 at 420
